How easy it is to find things to complain about, and how hard to remember to be thankful for our breathing bodies, the roofs over our heads, being able to walk freely in the streets, having a loving family and/or friends, and so on...

That's why I like to bring attention to this during the practice - - and of course, I need it too!

This week we have been concentrating on Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra, on gratitude, and on core strength. Hence the picture in Dolphin Pose 🐬 I find this pose very challenging and I have make an effort to keep my jaw relaxed and my breathing even. But then, these are the poses that teach you the most...
