Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic, varied and creative type of Yoga. Classes change every week, focusing on aspects such as different body parts but also the chakras, Patanjali's sutras, moon cycles, seasons and so on.

A writer who also dabbles in other forms of artistic expression, Monica loves the creative side of Vinyasa and enjoys transmitting her passion to students. She is at her happiest when students say: "I feel better!"

Each class starts with grounding and breathing techniques that help connect to the body and mind and feel in the present moment, moving on to an asana (physical) practice that is both invigorating and mindful, and ending in a lovely guided meditation.

The atmosphere is super friendly and non-competitive; classes are suitable to all levels, beginners included. Everyone is welcome!
