Class Schedule

We practise in a lovely, cozy studio in Bakers Corner. See the schedule below:

  • Mondays 7.00pm: Pregnancy Yoga

  • Mondays 8.15pm: Vinyasa Yoga

  • Wednesdays 7.10pm: Mat Pilates

  • Wednesdays 8.15pm: Vinyasa Yoga

  • Thursdays 9.30am: Vinyasa Yoga

  • Saturdays 10.30am: Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates classes are suitable to all levels and ages. 

Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 14 weeks of gestation, in agreement with your care providers.

Depending on availability, you can book private sessions for Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Thrive.
