TIMETABLE
 

​We practise in a lovely, cozy studio in Bakers Corner. See the schedule below:

​

  • Mondays 7pm: Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

  • Mondays 8pm: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Wednesdays 7pm: Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

  • Wednesdays 8pm: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Thursdays 9.30am: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Saturdays 10am: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates classes are suitable to all levels and ages. 

Depending on availability, you can book private sessions of Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.
