Terms & Conditions for Retreat in Sardinia

INCLUDED IN RETREAT

​

• Provision of one Private bus for attendees from Cagliari Airport to Galanias Hotel on 2 June, and back to the airport on 9 June, two single journeys

• En-suite double room for 1 or 2 participants

• Several daily sessions of Yoga (Vinyasa, Restorative, Nidra), mat Pilates, Hypnoga (Yoga and self-Hypnosis), deep relaxation

• Buffet breakfast with a great variety of food, including European breakfast, cooked breakfast, in-house baked pastries, cake and several types of milk

• Delicious dinner including meat, fish and vegetarian options (vegan option available on request), served on a terrace with sea view

• Access to 3 pools and Jacuzzi

• Boat trip to the amazing beaches of Cala Goloritze´, Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriola and Venus Pool (lunch provided on the boat). Click here to see a video of the stunning places you will see and experience. Trip details subject to change.

 

NOT INCLUDED IN RETREAT

• Travel, Medical, and Excursions Insurance (Included or not Included in retreat itinerary). 

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

All deposits must be made in full to secure a holding place on the retreat until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. The monetary amount and percentage of deposits vary dependent on what room options are chosen.

Full payment must be made six weeks prior to the retreat arrival date.

If booking is made within six weeks of arrival date of retreat full payment is required upon booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. The monetary amount and percentage of deposits vary dependent on what room options are chosen.

Cancellation terms and fee amounts

If you cancel within 6 weeks before the retreat start date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the retreat fee.

If you cancel within 10 - 6 weeks before the retreat start date, the cancellation fee is 75% of the retreat fee.

If you cancel more than 10 weeks before the retreat start date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the retreat fee.

Cancellation must be sent by email to info@monicatrinayoga.com and will receive a dedicated reference number, this number you must retain and reference for any cancellation to be processed.

We only take small numbers of guests on this special retreat, and as a result we must have a firm cancellation policy. Please be aware that if you cannot attend or arrive late or leave earlier than your booking details no refunds will be paid regardless of the reason or circumstances.

 

Altering your booking

​

It may be possible to change the bedroom type after you complete your booking if your new requested bedroom is available. All efforts to make any changes will be made but are subject to availability at the time of request and retreat start date.  

There may be an administration fee for each change per person for any booking which can be provided in advance of any change request.

 

Credit/Debit Card Payment Fees

​

The fee differs per region as follows: 

EU Countries: 1.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 EUR

Switzerland: 2.3% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CHF

United Kingdom: 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP

USA: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD

Canada: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 CAD

 

RETREAT RULES

​

We keep rules to a minimum as we respect that we are all adults, and we request that all attendees apply the same!

We request that all technical devices: Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, are not brought to any sessions. 

When in shared spaces in and around the grounds of the Hotel or on group excursions we request you keep the use of any devices on quiet mode or with headphones, and when making calls please do so quietly or ideally in your room or private setting.

If wanting to take photos in Yoga studios around session times please discuss with Instructor and we will of course be happy to facilitate.

This is retreat is a wonderful opportunity for peace and friendship so let’s make the most of this positive shared experience, we highly recommend that you give your body and mind a complete digital detox and full respecting other attendees wish to do so!   

We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and we hope that you bring the daily practice back home with you.

 

Respect & Consideration for other guests

We ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of all on the retreat and those staying at the retreat hotel at all times, in keeping with the tranquil peaceful environment.

If someone does not adhere to these rules, they will be requested to leave, and no refund will be given.

 

Photo/Video Release

​

By participating in the retreat, you grant permission to capture and use photographs or videos of you for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, our website, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. If you have any concerns or wish to opt-out of this release, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat. Your privacy is important to us, and we will respect your decision.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Insurance

​

Please ensure that you have taken out adequate travel and medical insurance to cover travel, airline tickets, loss of luggage, any medical costs that may arise, also the full fee to attend the retreat due to any unforeseen accident, event, or illness. 

If you partake in any activities outside of the activities listed in the retreat including but not limited to surfing, boat trip, hill walking, climbing, kayaking, horse riding, please ensure you have your own insurance to cover these activities. Sardinia Yoga & Well Beig Retreat will not be liable for any costs resulting form these activities directly or indirectly.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, or any other Force Majeure event), the retreat organisers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the retreat. We shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred due to such circumstances.

In case of Force Majeure, will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. Participants acknowledge that any additional costs associated with changes arising from Force Majeure are their responsibility. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such situations.

Rescheduling of Retreat Dates

​

In the event that the retreat dates are impacted by changes made by airline travel providers or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the retreat to alternative dates. Attendees acknowledge and accept that such rescheduling may occur and agree that the organizers shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by attendees as a result of the rescheduling. Attendees understand that no refunds will be provided due to these circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such situations.

Medical Conditions 

​

Attendees of the retreat must inform retreat organisers of any medical conditions or special needs.

Release of Liability

​

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the retreat's activities, including physical exercises and wellness practices. By registering, participants voluntarily assume all related risks.

Participants release the retreats its staff, and partners from claims, injuries, damages, or losses linked to their retreat participation. This release includes injuries resulting from negligence.

Participants understand the need to consult a medical professional before joining any activities. It's their responsibility to ensure fitness for safe participation.

Participation signifies agreement with this Release of Liability. It's binding and applies to participants, their heirs, and representatives. 

Registering confirms consent to this Release of Liability.
