Dr Nagarjuna Raju
Dr Raju holds a Master’s degree in Positive Health and Coaching from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
He is a trained health coach and health & wellbeing consultant.
Raju approaches health and wellbeing by incorporating Western lifestyle medicine with natural Ayurvedic medicine, which is a positive health science to prevent, control and help to treat ailments.
Dr Raju has 20 years’ experience as a health & wellbeing coach, Ayurvedic doctor and therapist, and yoga instructor.
He tailors his treatments according to clients’ needs and has helped many clients with weight management, stress and anxiety, digestive health problems, arthritis, hypertension and high cholesterol, without the use of medication.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India.
It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems.
