Sardinia 2025 - The Instructors
Meet the instructors for your luxury retreat in Sardinia
Monica Strina
Monica Strina was born and raised in the south of Sardinia and moved to Dublin as a student at age 22. The question she is asked the most in Ireland is, "But ... what are you doing here??"
She is a certified Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher with more than 800 hours of training and a special interest in Yoga as a tool to help people restore their physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. One of her favourite styles to teach and practise is Yoga Nidra, a magical discipline that helps people relax, rest and feel in contact with their body.
She also teaches Yoga Thrive, a practice dedicated to people living with and beyond cancer, and Yoga for trauma survivors, a very mindful style of embodiment.
She is passionate about making Yoga accessible to everyone.
Monica is a qualified mat Pilates instructor and believes that everyone can make themselves better by moving their body mindfully, eating healthily and practising loving kindness towards themselves and others.

Angharad Costin
Angharad Costin has been practising yoga since 2012. She discovered her passion
for yoga while living in Vancouver and then went on to start her training in Ireland in
The Crown centre in Dublin. She completed a further 300hour training at the Elbow
Room in Dublin where she trained and specialised in a variety of styles: Yin,
Restorative, Vinyasa, Yoga for women’s health and subtle body anatomy to name a few.
She found Yin Yoga a particularly wonderful antidote to the fast paced, yang-oriented
world we navigate daily. Her primary style is Hatha yoga although she draws from a
wide breath of training and experience in her classes. Her own inner work and
meditation has inspired her to utilise a gentle mindfulness as part of her teaching.
Alongside this, in 2019 Angharad decided to deepen her ability to work on a one-to-
one basis and trained in Reiki, she undertook two trainings under the guidance of
Kayren Moorhead and now offers treatments from her home healing space and in
therapeutic contexts. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality, it is a gentle hands on
and off method that is based on the idea that if one’s life force energy is stuck,
depleted or stagnant then sickness and stress are more likely to occur. A Reiki
treatment feels like a warm, radiant light glowing through and around your body.
After a session you feel light, peaceful and well within.
