Here's a pic of the lovely new cert that enables me to teach Postnatal and Mum & Baby Yoga. This course was incredibly interesting and helpful, and as usual the merit sits with amazing Melissa Curtis who is so passionate, compassionate, and patient with all of us. A huge hug to the lovely ladies who shared this course with me, and with whom I hope to have lunch soon!
