Here's the set up of our first mum&baby yoga class @yoga_with_monica_the_sunroom There was a lot of singing, feeding, crying, playing, stretching... Just how it should be! Thank you to all the ladies who trusted me to teach them, and as usual to my own teacher, the amazing @tummylovewithmelissa, for giving me the tools and confidence to do this. Here's to many more!!
