Mum and Baby Yoga
Every Tuesday morning at 9.30 in Baker's Corner, Rochestown Avenue.
Starting on 7 September 2021, this fun and mindful class will focus on yoga poses suitable for the post-partum period. Part of the practice is mainly for mum, but baby can join in, of course! The other part involves babies through movements aimed at entertaining them, relaxing them and getting rid of trapped wind. Suitable from after the 6-week check-up till the time when babies start crawling at speed, Mum&Baby Yoga welcomes breastfeeding, crying, laughing, changing and more! It is a great way to meet other women and to bond with your baby.
