Using a specialised machine with springs and a sliding carriage, it allows for highly precise, full-body workouts that target deep stabilising muscles, particularly the core. This makes Reformer Pilates especially effective for improving posture, enhancing muscle tone, and supporting joint health without placing excessive stress on your body. It is also easily adaptable to different fitness levels, which makes it suitable for beginners, athletes, and those recovering from injury. Over time, consistent practice can lead to better body awareness, reduced risk of injury, and improved overall movement efficiency.

Private Reformer Pilates sessions are available at 70 Euro per person. The class is 1-hour long and is suitable for everyone except in case of severe osteoporosis. Choose to get 10 sessions and save! You will get 2 free classes by paying upfront and committing to your fitness path.
