Certified to teach Restorative Yoga! A big thank you to sophiapallaro, @the_elbowroomteachertraining and all the lovely people at this 50hr course. I found it very hard and demanding, which I think is a measure of the kind of commitment you have to put into teaching this kind of mindful and compassionate yoga. I hope I am able to honour it and always approach it with an open heart and a desire to help.
