Yoga is so much more than exercise. It is defined as the "stilling of the fluctuations of the mind". It promotes union between body, mind and breath, inspiring you to become a healthier, happier version of you. It improves flexibility, breathing and circulation, relaxing you at the same time. It also reminds you that we are all one, all worthy of love and respect. Our practices are for everyone, so whether you are experienced or a beginner, you will find something that suits you.
Pilates is a discipline that aims at protecting you by strengthening your core, so you can move from a place of strength and stability, and thrive. It is also a lot of fun! We practise with circles, balls, bands and weights to improve bone density, stamina and balance. Come and try!
